Are you an experienced pharmacovigilance professional looking to take on a highly visible role within a global pharmaceutical organisation? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance in Serbia while collaborating with international pharmacovigilance teams.

We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Senior Specialist to act as the Deputy Responsible Person for Pharmacovigilance (RPPV) in Serbia, supporting local and global safety activities and ensuring full compliance with Serbian pharmacovigilance legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Deputy Responsible Person for Pharmacovigilance in Serbia

  • Serve as a primary local contact for pharmacovigilance matters, including regulatory inquiries and inspections

  • Ensure timely and compliant reporting of Individual Case Safety Reports  to Serbian authorities

  • Monitor and interpret local pharmacovigilance legislation, ensuring processes remain aligned with regulatory requirements

  • Assist with PV audits, inspections, and CAPA activities in collaboration with global quality teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine

  • Strong understanding of Serbian pharmacovigilance regulations and post-marketing safety requirements

  • Proven experience in safety reporting, surveillance, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international matrix teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to details
