A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels is looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to join a busy team in their Slough office on a permanent, full time basis. Please note that occasional work on Saturdays will be required.

As a Hospitality Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of coordinating all aspects of hospitality services with precision and flair. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing external catering company, taking delivery of catering for training events
  • Checking and laying out the lunches for attendees
  • Managing and keeping training centre and hospitality kitchen clean and tidy
  • Being a point of contact for queries around catering and attendee questions
  • Monitoring coffee station and supplies
  • Tidying up training centre after event


  • Experience working in a busy catering/hospitality environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Friendly and engaging manner
  • Clear communication skills
