Administrative Coordinator

Uxbridge, UK

£13-£15 per hour + Holiday Pay


An innovative global pharmaceutical company is currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Uxbridge on a 12-month temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity to work for a pharmaceutical company who have created a centre of excellence and constantly focus on driving innovation and using cutting edge techniques in their science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team with documents submissions
  • Overseeing diary management
  • Organise and manage business and team meetings on a European basis
  • Organise travel arrangements, meetings, and presentations
  • Preparing all reports and paperwork including supporting the team with technical submissions
  • Liaise with other departments and outside vendors when required


  • Previous administration experience preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Strong diary management and travel coordination skills
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Team player and process driven individual with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and time management skills
