Accounts Payable Analyst

A global organisation working on the provision of innovative R&D services within drug discovery is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team near Edinburgh.

A forward thinking business working with the leading global pharmaceutical companies to create innovative drugs, you will support the larger team on all levels of accounts payable for several countries across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing invoices in a timely manner
• Answering queries from customers whilst delivering outstanding customer service
• Monthly statement reconciliations
• Allocating direct debit payments and issuing vendor refunds as required
• Processing all financial transactions through SAP
• Liaising with international teams to support monthly reports

Requirements

• Previous Accounts Payable experience within an EMEA/European organisation
• SAP knowledge and Vendor Invoice Management skills is desirable
• Fluency in a European Language is advantageous but not essential
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
